- When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be held for 24 hours to allow for any last minute changes to be made unless you click the bypass hold time link in your email confirmation. The next business day after the 24 hours have passed your order will then be sent to our manufacturing facility. Most custom orders are shipped in 5-7 business days, but please refer to the individual product and locate the production information tab for the most up to date estimate on production time. Orders are shipped UPS or FedEx ground, so please allow 3-5 days after shipment to receive your order.
- What is your return policy?

- How do I pay for my blinds?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. You can also pay by cashier check or money order by selecting this option in the checkout screen. (Cashier Check / Money Order options will not go into production until payment has been received)
- What is the difference between inside and outside mount?
The difference between inside and outside mount is way in which the blind or shade is hung. Inside mount is attaching the blind within the window sill so that the blinds or shades would be flush with the wall. Outside mount is when a blind or shade hangs outside the window sill and would extend beyond the wall or door.
- Is there a minimum window sill depth for an inside mount?
Yes there is. Under the specifications for each product we list the minimum depth for an inside mount blind.
- I want to order 2 blinds on 1 headrail but I want the lift and tilt controls in a specific location?
Any special instructions can be sent to SelectBlinds in the Notes textbox that is on the order screen for each individual product. Simply specify where you would like the tilt controls.(ex. for tilt controls on the outside of the blinds enter: left blind tilt position=left, right blind tilt position=right)
- I want to order 3 in 1 blinds on one headrail but would like to specify different sizes for each blind, how do I do this?
Any special instructions can be sent to SelectBlinds in the Notes textbox that is on the order screen for each individual product. Simply specify the size for each blind(ex. left=25.25,middle=35.75,right=25.25)
- Is it possible to delete or change my order after I have completed it?
Each order is sent to production within one business day after ordering. Please ensure that the sizes and colors are correct before ordering. Orders that are cancelled or changed may incur a fee. Feel free to contact us however as we will make every effort to make any changes we can without any additional charges.
- When will I know my order has gone into production?
SelectBlinds.com will email you a confirmation as well as provide online tracking of your order immediately after your payment confirmation. When your order has shipped, we will provide a tracking number that allows you to view your exact delivery date.
