Great look but terrible construction

the motorization of this shade is horrendous. I ordered 3 windows and two already snapped within a couple of months with minimum use. Rep said I needed to operate once day for the tension to loosen...what is just unreal because the shades are in the guest room and is not used often. But when you need it you NEED IT to work! The construction of the tension is very flimsy and easy to snap. A major issue and frustration. And it cannot be repaired, only a complete remake. so if you do not have extended warranty consider the money wasted for sure. Although Selectblinds offer remake due to those errors but how many times do I need to remake this faulty products? It its very frustrating.

Couldn’t Get it Right

After multiple remakes, we have given up. There is no quality control. Forgotten handle mounts, stripped handle mounts, scratched/blemished headers, bent bottom rail, creased pleats, and strings not long enough over and over again.

Unfortunately these blinds do not raise and lower evenly making it necessary to constantly adjust them on one side or the other so they're not lopsided and uneven. Very disappointed to have to fuss with them in order for them to look nice.

Four New Shades

Two of the four shades are under immediate warranty replacement; one is a half inch too short and the other material is color defective. Now I just put my old blinds back up. I would not repurchase or recommend purchase.
