Great Shutters, Great Value



Customer service was very helpful throughout the ordering process, ensuring that no issues would come up during manufacturing. The shutters arrived sooner than expected, and we were very impressed with the method of packaging as all shutters were in perfect condition. The installation went very smoothly. My husband did the majority on his own, only needing a second set of hands to hold the frames in place once they were level and square. The shutters look amazing.

Shutter install and quality



Instructions online for measuring were okay. There was a video but not for my exact type(outside mount casing with lower sill). I think a video for all types of installs would be ideal. It takes the apprehension of ordering away for your consumer. I took a chance reading the measuring instructions 6 times before being comfortable with the ordering for my type of install. When the order arrived ahead of the scheduled delivery date I was very excited. I opened up all of the boxes and nothing was damaged. The product was packed very well and the quality was just as what I expected. To my surprise it was missing detailed instructions on assembly of the casing. I went online to the website and that was not very good if you click on the link to the shutters. I had to google the instructions and added with an outside mount and found an old install PDF that was what I needed to feel comfortable with the install and assembly. I am not one to write reviews and the product is EXCELLENT. But I felt the company deserved to know that the instructions and whomever is packing these custom shutters should appreciate their care in making sure that every component especially detailed instructions are included. I hope the feedback is used wisely. I would order again in a heartbeat. Thanks for a great product made in the USA Yeah!!!

Classic faux wood shutters



Needed shutters to stop sun glare on TV inside my home. My husband measured and installed them easily. They arrived packaged well and look substantial and nice. Very pleased. May do more windows now….
