I ordered 4 of the Elevated Coastal Woven Wood Blinds in the color Serenity Sand after much deliberation between these and the Luxe Woven Wood shades in the color Cora (which I saw on a TikTok account that I follow). I was nervous that these would be too “thin” as mentioned in previous reviews. For me, they are perfect and the price was more than half of the cost of the Luxe shades. I don’t think they are too thin but I was also going for a more transparent look and thus didn’t even add a liner. The actual product looks exactly like the sample I had ordered. I love them! My ONLY complaint is the strings on the back of the shade are white. I would suggest using a color that would blend better with the shade…in my case maybe tan or a light brown.
I also want to mention that I had a great experience with customer service. I had been looking at the blinds online and put them in my cart when they were 50% off. Since I was trying to decide which style I wanted and if it was really necessary to spend more for the Luxe, I didn’t place my order right then. Once I finally made up my mind several days later, the blinds were no longer 50% off. I think they were only 40% off. I called customer service to ask when they would be offering 50 off again. The representative that I spoke with offered to help me with the order and honored the 50% off. She was very informative and super to work with! Delivery was quick and the blinds actually arrived almost a week earlier than expected. They were also very easy to install. I would definitely order from Select Blinds again!
