We were wanting to put new blinds in our house, so we searched for a couple of different brands. We came across Select Blinds and liked the price and the look of the blinds. We read a good number of the reviews; five star, three star, and one star. Of course, the five stars were all very good.. When we read the three and one star reviews, we saw concerns about the installation, the quality, and the fit not being up to customer standards. We requested samples and we liked the quality and the colors. We went ahead and ordered one to see how it would work, and it was exactly what we asked for. So we ordered the next three and the last three soon thereafter. We are extremely pleased with the quality, the ease of installation, and the appearance. They have changed the whole appearance of our house. They’re very streamlined and the top down bottom up is exactly what we wanted. Also, the customer service was outstanding every single time we called in with a question. The Representatives were always professional, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, willing to go the extra mile and just plain nice people to talk to. Thank you so much.
