I purchased 19 of these blinds for a home that had no window coverings. The process was so easy. First I ordered samples that arrived within a few days! This was very helpful as there are many different shades of white. We measured every window as instructed. I used the measurement sheet that is provided to record all the measurements. When ready to order, I contacted the Rep that had reached out to me after I had ordered the samples. The ship date was actually a few days later than I was told - that is the only complaint I have but it worked out just fine. The blinds were delivered in a very organized fashion. Every box was labeled with the window just like I had ordered. All 19 were packed very nicely with all the hardware needed. I had watched the video on the website to see how to install-it was easy. I do wish the valances were a tad longer. The blinds are inside mount but the valances protrude out a bit and do not totally extend to cover the header completely on each end. All in all we were very happy with the result and with the amount of money we saved. Another company quoted us about $3500 more than Select Blinds.
