SelectBlinds uses a third-party to host chat sessions. Transcripts of these chat sessions are recorded and stored by the third-party host and used by SelectBlinds employees solely to help our agents provide the best service possible. These transcripts may be shared with another authorized party for the sole purpose of quality assurance. We also collect information in chat conversations for the purpose of helping customers with any product or order related questions.
