This privacy policy describes how SelectBlinds, LLC and its affiliates (collectively, “SelectBlinds,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, share, and protect personal information on our mobile app, third-party mobile apps that operate our devices, and website (collectively, the “Platform”), or any other location where this policy is linked or posted, including offline collection. Mobile Devices and Applications
We collect information from mobile devices such as unique identifying information broadcast from your device when visiting our website or using our mobile app. We may also collect account login credentials and your IP address for connectivity, as well as geolocation data when enabled.

Partner Promotion
We collect information that is provided as part of a co-branded promotion with another company.
We use this information to fulfill our promotions.

If required by law, we will grant a request to delete information, but you should note that in many situations we must keep your personal information to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or for another business purpose.
  • Opt-out of Targeted Advertising. You may opt-out of online tracking based targeted advertising (e.g., via applicable cookies) by clicking the cookie settings link here.   • Promotional Emails. You may choose to provide us with your email address for the purpose of allowing us and our affiliates to send communications and other promotional materials to you, as well as targeted offers from third parties. You can stop receiving promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in emails that you receive. If you decide not to receive promotional emails, we may still send you service-related communications.
  • Promotional Text Messages. If you receive a text message from us that contains promotional information, you can opt-out of receiving future text messages by replying “STOP.” After you text “STOP,” we may send an SMS reply to confirm, at which point you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Revocation of Consent. Where we process your personal information based upon consent, you may revoke consent. Please note, if you revoke your consent for the processing of personal information, then we may no longer be able to provide you services.

Children

The Platform and products are not meant for anyone under the age of 13. If you are not at least 13 years old, then you must stop using the Platform immediately. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, then we may process some of your personal information with your consent as allowed under applicable law.If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that we have received personal data from a child under the age of 13, or a minor between the ages of 13 and 17 in states that require parental consent for data collection, please reach out to us at the contact information below so that we may delete the personal data.
