We were really excited to receive these. Upon getting them, the remote did not pair with 2 of the 4 blinds we ordered. Two of them were on the same channel which would be fine but One would go up, the other would go down when pressing up. I would have to manually turn the blind off in order to get them both up or down. I called and got a manual sent to reset them ourselves which after some trial and error, we figured out. My disappointment lies with the advertised photo. The gap shown in that photo is not realistic if you go with motorized. Ours have a signficant gap on either side and were told thats the standard gap. At night, its very easy to see in which defeats the purpose of privacy. One of the blinds is also off balance, i guess is the best way to describe as the gap from the top to the bottom tapers. it doesn't sit level when its all the way down and not sure how to fix that. Overall I want to like them as the fabrics nice, but they don't meet my expectations. I also purchased the guaranteed fit but havent had any luck getting the blinds replaced.
