Do NOT take the smallest of three measurements, which may cause your No-Drill Blinds Headrail not to fit properly. The No-Drill Blinds Headrail option is only available for Inside Mount, and requires 2 1/2" of depth to install. It is not recommended for use with PVC window frames.
