I have ordered numerous products from Select Blinds and once again, these roller shades, like all the other products, met or exceeded all my expectations. Ordering was easy and the website is full of details to make sure I measured correctly. The product samples came quickly and were large enough pieces of fabric to make choosing a snap. The order arrived in a timely manner and was very well packed. Installation was a breeze and they look terrific. I was very impressed by the quality of the materials compared to the Hunter Douglas shades I was replacing.
The HD shades had plastic casing and clips whereas the Select blind shades were sturdy metal. Setting up the remote for the motorized shades was pretty easy but I needed to call customer support for a question,and once again, their helpful staff was great. I got the wifi hub to control my shades with my phone and so far, I absolutely love it. The app is simple and easy to use. It let's you lower your blinds to a height you select for each blind which really came in handy. Overall, a great experience!
