These blinds are very nice, once my husband got them hung. The directions were not very helpful, he ran into a few problems, the pieces on the instruction manual weren't exactly what was in our order, he's an engineer so he figured out how. He says they should update their manuals to match their blinds. But we recieved very good customer service and even ordered another blind today!!
