I purchased wood blinds to replace one where the wand was broken and unable to be repaired. I requested samples from Select Blinds and receive them within 3 days. I chatted with Customer Service regarding the valence (was not sure if they came with the blinds). Select Blinds was having a sale so I thought why not give them a try. I placed my order using the measurements from my original order 12 years ago. The blinds were received within 2 1/2 weeks. I had them installed immediately and they not only fit perfectly, but look great. I choose a different color so the room looks different (much lighter).The color is exactly as the sample selected. The shipping boxes protected the blinds and they were not damaged. I am very pleased with my purchase and plan to make future purchases from Select Blinds.
