I have a very bright room that needed a new treatment but still wanted to keep the view to outside. Decided on the Bamboo woven shade with no backing. The shade gives character to the otherwise boring window. I didn’t want to change the look or take away from the look of the woven shade, so I chose no light filtering backing at all. I’m pleased with the look but if you need any help with light filtering, choose a backing for sure. Super easy to install.
