They sent a sample in about a week. Great instructions for custom measuring. Mine are a perfect fit.easy to lower and raise. We have shallow sills, so it was a little tricky to install the first one, but the second went up easily. They look amazing. Just what I wanted. I'm going to order another pair for my library.
