Recommendations IMPORTANT MEASURING TIP: If No-Drill Blinds Headrail is chosen, measure the exact width of the top of your window frame and input those dimensions into the width field. Do NOT take the smallest of three measurements, which may cause your No-Drill Blinds Headrail not to fit properly. The No-Drill Blinds Headrail option is only available for Inside Mount, and requires 2 1/2" of depth to install. It is not recommended for use with PVC window frames. Factory will deduct approximately 5/8” off of the No-Drill Blinds Headrail, regardless of lift style. The locking mechanism on the No-Drill Blinds Headrail will be located on the opposite end of the control side selected for the Continuous Cord Loop. The locking mechanism will be located on the right side for Cordless and Motorized options. No-Drill Blinds Headrail is only available in the color white and will be visible after installation. The safety device is required by law and must be applied on chain loops and prevents free-hanging loops in operating chains. Install the safety device at the maximum distance possible from the control mechanism to prevent slack in the loop. Returns are only included with outside mounted products ordered with the 6" valance upgrade. Returns are not available for inside mounted products. Deductions may vary +/- 1/8". Do not account for factory deductions when measuring for your shade. Deduction information detailed in the table below. When No-Drill Blinds Headrail is ordered, factory will deduct 1/2” off of the width and height of your fabric. All continuous cord loop chains are metal. Since this is a natural product, colors may vary slightly from dye lot to dye lot. (Seasons can change the color of the reeds, grasses, etc.) If ordering for an entire room, we recommend ordering all of your shades at the same time to ensure they all come from the same dye lot. Natural products ordered without edge binding or a liner can be more susceptible to fraying. For enhanced durability, consider adding one or both of these upgrades. With the edge binding upgrade, there will be a 1" border on each side of the shade. Liner upgrades will come with a pre-selected liner color to coordinate to the chosen fabric, the liner are visible from the street. When no liner is chosen, woven wood shades may allow visibility through depending on the lighting. Due to the natural characteristics of this product, the finished height may vary +/- 1/2" from ordered height. All that is required is to connect the battery to the motor and your shade is ready to operate. Rechargeable remote-control Motorization lift system upgrade includes rechargeable motor battery and charger. Motorization Instructions Battery charge will last up to 6 months based on an average-sized shade raised and lowered twice a day. It takes approximately 4 hours to recharge the motor when fully depleted. Remote reaches from approximately 65-80 feet away from shade. At least one remote is needed per order. The 5-channel remote allows you to operate up to 5 shades on a single frequency.
