These blinds shipped quickly and were extremely well packaged. Install directions were emailed to me prior to their delivery which I liked. Paper copies of directions were also in the box. It was a very simple install and I did it by myself. The hardest part was holding up the heavy blinds to slip on the final screws to hold them in place. If you have anything wider than a 2’ window I would suggest having an extra set of hands. The blinds are beautiful and both the top down and bottom up functions work as expected. I am very happy with my purchase. I also spoke with a nice customer service agent who helped me order free samples before ordering this item.
