I love these blinds. I bought 13 of them for my home. The buying experience (all on-line) was easy. They arrived as expected. The bracket installation is pretty smart, I think. The only problem was that our windows are casement and they have the screen on the inside. So the bracket made it impossible to get our screens in and out. But we just rotated the bracket 90 degrees and it solved the issue. Other than that, installation is easy. They operate very well and look good too. They are pretty transparent, so don't buy these if they are your only source of screening. But I am very glad I bought these.
