I ordered two of these to provide some sun protection for my hot tub area. They were perfect. Installation was somewhat easy however, two people are needed to lift the shade into the brackets. Other than them flapping in the wind, they have worked well for what I intended. After a year or so, one of the shades unraveled at the bottom, and the weighted bar fell out. I placed a warranty claim online, uploaded photos of the problem and with no other questions asked, Select Blinds approved my claim and sent a new replacement shade. I was amazed by this level of customer service so, I am very happy with them as a business that respects the customer.
