The product is obviously well constructed, arrived in a timely manner and was properly packaged. Measuring instructions and install were pretty spot on, but the style of soft fold does not look like it does on the website. I can only describe it as sloppy looking, especially when the blinds are up. Also, the cord type Lift Style - Continuous Cord Loop is not a smooth operation at all. We've tried to loosen it and see if after 20 or so uses, it gets easier/smoother, but it has not. We re-installed the location of the bottom of the cord and that wasn't the trick. It is just sort of a rough up/down process.
I'm hoping we can receive a credit to order a different shade with a different cord, but haven't heard back from customer service.
