Recommendations

Deductions may vary +/- 1/8". Do not account for factory deductions when measuring for your shade. Deduction information detailed in the table below.

Multiple shade orders of different heights may not have the same size pleats. We recommend ordering all shades using the longest length in the room and with the same lift system.

Outside Mount shades ordered with a 6" valance will include valance returns.

Fabric color can vary from one dye lot to another. To ensure that all materials are from the same dye lot, please order shades for the same room at the same time.

Coordinating hardware colors are pre-selected based on fabric color.

Motorization Details

The 15-channel remote can power up to fifteen (15) individual window treatments. Motorization lift system upgrade does not include remote. At least one remote is needed per order.

Battery charge will last ~6-9 months based on an average-sized shade raised and lowered once a day. Battery can be recharged up to 500 times. It takes approximately 4-6 hours to recharge the motor when fully depleted.

The battery uses an 8.4 volt charger, which requires a standard power outlet to recharge the battery. Kit includes both magnetic and standard charging cables, the charger is white and comes with a 120” wire.

Motorization Instructions

Motorized products installed in windows with metal casings may have a reduced radio frequency range, or may not operate at all, depending on the application.

Upper and lower limits come preprogrammed. Remotes do not come preprogrammed, refer to the installation guide on how to program your remote to your liking.

A little disappointed

Ok so I had a pretty big order. I was most excited to received these shades as they were for my master bedroom, but I was more pleased with everything else and less satisfied with these. They are beautiful installed but the cord is short and hard to use. I’m annoyed with them already and it’s only been a few days since they were installed. The site should provide more details about the look and operability of the various add ons - corded vs cordless vs motorized etc. Being a novice I did the best I could, but could have made better choices has the site been a bit more detailed.

I bought three of these for one of our bedrooms. Two of them did not raise evenly and were replaced. The valance on the third one did not match the top fold like on the other two. I was told by customer service that that's just the way it is when one blind is longer than the other two. It looks terrible and does not make much sense. A second issue is that the continuous cord loop tension device interferes with raising the blinds. A slim device is needed because the cord is flush with edge of the blinds. I pointed this out when asking for the replacement for the two blinds that did not raise evenly and the replacements had those slim devices. The third one with the valance that doesn't match the blind fold that they will not replace has the device shown online that interferes with raising the blind. The third issue is that the blinds do not raise smoothly. The spot were the cord is glued together gets stuck in the mechanism and you need two hands and some force to raise it at that point. The fabric is fine but everything else is terrible as outlined above.
