As the title suggests; DO NOT BUY. These are the most ridiculous excuse for room darkening blinds. There is a 1.5inch gap on both sides of the roller blinds and the remote is terrible. To switch to blackout, you need to lower them completely, then raise them and quickly press the stop button. This means that there is now also a gap at the bottom that lets light in. I was told this was standard and to be expected with this product. Surely they just need a button to switch them to blackout instead of some ridiculous hack. I asked to return them as I would argue there is a defect in the construction and was completely ignored by customer service. They simply replied that this is normal for the product. Given that we have spent THOUSANDS of $$ with them to put blinds in all over our house and have never had an issue, I am rather disgusted by this response. Poor product and even poorer customer service.
