Unpacked unit, had extra louvre and touch up paint with it, touch up paint bottle top was not tight, so it leaked all over unit, as it dried it glued 3 of the shutters together… once we were able to free them up, there was no paint to redo the damaged shutters… so we had to repaint entire unit… very disappointing
