These solar shades for windows are perfect balance of functional and fashionable. You'll have an outside view while diffusing sunlight thanks to its fabric weaves. Its woven texture also imitates a natural wood look, adding dimension to any room.

Have peace of mind knowing these solar shades are flame retardant and water and moisture resistant. The headrail and bottom bar are made from aluminum. It comes standard with a Cordless Lift with an option to upgrade to Motorization.

IMPORTANT MEASURING TIP: If No-Drill Blinds Headrail is chosen, measure the exact width of the top of your window frame and input those dimensions into the width field. Do NOT take the smallest of three measurements, which may cause your No-Drill Blinds Headrail not to fit properly.

The No-Drill Blinds Headrail option is only available for Inside Mount, and requires 2 1/2" of depth to install. It is not recommended for use with PVC window frames.

Factory will deduct approximately 5/8” off of the No-Drill Blinds Headrail, regardless of lift style.

When No-Drill Blinds Headrail is ordered, factory will deduct 1/2” off of the width and height of your fabric.

Deductions may vary +/- 1/8". Do not account for factory deductions when measuring for your shade. Deduction information detailed in the table below.

No-Drill Blinds Headrail is only available in the color white and will be visible after installation.

Cassette will be white and fabric wrapped based on fabric chosen. The exposed bottom rail will be white.

These fabrics are not privacy shades and may allow visibility through them depending on the lighting.

Motorization Details

Remote is already programmed to the motorized shade. All that is required is to connect the battery to the motor and your shade is ready to operate.

Rechargeable remote-control Motorization lift system upgrade includes rechargeable motor battery and charger.

Motorization Instructions

Battery charge will last up to 6 months based on an average-sized shade raised and lowered twice a day. It takes approximately 4 hours to recharge the motor when fully depleted.

Remote reaches from approximately 65-80 feet away from shade.

At least one remote is needed per order. The 5-channel remote allows you to operate up to 5 shades on a single frequency. When adding a multi-channel/frequency remote, please select 'No Remote' for any additional motorized shades you want to add and power with.

Received my solar shades quickly. They fit well, are good quality and easy to install. I like the solar because they block the glare but you can still see outside. We have a log house with windows facing east so wish I had ordered these years ago. The remote controlled motorized shades are great for high windows.

Easy installation with no drill mount. Slight gap between window sill and shade because of mount though. Motorized is easy to recharge, outlets right there. I can see through them. I waited so long because I didn’t want to loose my view.

The shade was exactly what I needed. The color matched the picture on the website perfectly. Very simple to hang and the up/down mechanism is super smooth. I did request spacers but they weren’t in the box. As it turned out I didn’t need them.
