The 1st set of blinds I ordered was Basswood Wood blinds and they were beautiful but 1 was chipped (I think) during shipping. I was offered a discount but I waited too long in placing another order and I lost the email for verification. Two years later I place an order for 3 in family room and they are absolutely beautiful. It took about 3 wks but they are worth the wait.
