When you opt for the kid-friendly cordless lift system, they’re the perfect fit for homes with small children and families concerned about the unseen hazards of corded horizontal blinds. Everything is color-coordinated, from the snap-on valance to wand tilt and top and bottom rails, so you get that smooth, streamlined look you’re craving on every window. Add a real designer touch with optional complementary cloth accent tapes to make them your own.

The attractive 2-inch wide slats fill large windows with big style and light when open, and keep out prying eyes when closed. To protect your privacy, it’s important to know which way to turn the slats so they close right. Which way you turn them depends on the location of the window they’re covering. For instance, if the window is on the first floor of your home, tilt the slats closed so the back of them faces upward and no one can see in. On upper floors, close your custom wood window treatments so the rear of the slats faces downward.

Recommendations

Deductions may vary +/- 1/8". Do not account for factory deductions when measuring for your blinds. Deduction information detailed in the table below.

Inside mount valances are straight-cut and 1/8" narrower than your ordered width.

Valances come standard with secure magnetic clips, which hooks and magnetizes your valance to the steel headrail.

Any valance over 72" will be spliced, and joined with hidden connectors.

Cordless lift comes standard with a wand tilt on the left.

Cordless blinds ordered over 72" wide will require more force when closed. This is normal and will not cause any damage to the blind.

Cloth tapes are 1" wide except for the Powder colors, which are 1 1/4" wide.

Motorization Details

It's highly recommended that each blind be programmed to its own channel.

Pairing multiple blinds to the same channel may cause programming errors, and is NOT recommended.

Motor antenna should not come in contact with any metal parts. This may interfere with remote signals.

At least 1 charging cord is recommended per order.

Motorization Instructions

Battery operated white remote comes included with a lithium battery CR 2450 – 3v.

Remote reaches from approximately 260 feet away from blind.

Remote is already programmed to the motorized blind. All that is required is to connect the battery to the motor and your shade is ready to operate.

Motorization remote is not included and at least one remote is needed per order.

Motorization charger not included.

Seem good overall. Quality is good. The installation instructions are very vague and not too helpful. Do not expect to just follow the printed instructions like a recipe and end up with a good installation. You have to be somewhat handy and be able to measure and adapt as you go for a proper flush mount.

The wood blinds are very high quality. Look great. One of them arrived shorter than the measurements we provided, and when I called customer service they told me no problem, they’ll remake that one and send it at no additional cost. Really happy about that.
