My wife and I love our blinds. But we come to fond out that the customer service is horrible with this company. You cannot speak to a person for help after the sale on texting with a customer service rep that doesn't answer your text for a few hours. Also, buyers beware. If you are not having them installed by someone else and doing it yourself. The installation instructions are horrible and no better online. Finally found someone on YouTube that did a video on how to do it. This person and video was not from Select blinds. We ordered 13 blinds and the 2 slider blinds came with out screws to mount them. Had to go buy them. We will not buy from this company again because how bad customer service is and how much a joke the instructions to install are. Also, I have been waiting for 1 week for a response from this company on an exchange for one of the blinds that was damaged on delivery.
