We absolutely LOVE all of the products we have purchased, over $2000 worth- a fration of the price charged by Costco's partner. I can't image they can be any better. We truly are thriled, and install was surprisingly quick and easy (for my husband, not me). Customer service was extremely helpful, and even allowed us to follow up with email questions (very grateful for that). The only thing is colors on the website; they are not totally reliable, so I suggest ordering samples before you buy. Since installation of our blinds and shades, our home is so much more elegant looking. I especially love your new products (can't recall exact name which I think changes within the website; that should be fixed). Otherwise, we really couldn't be happier with the purchase!!! GREAT JOB!
